ḤADĪTH OF THE DAY

“ Rifā'ah Ibn-Rāfi' Ibn-Mālik reported that he went out to the mosque with the Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him. The Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, saw people buying and selling so he called to them, "Merchants!" They raised their heads and looked at him, in response, so he said, "Indeed, merchants are raised on the Day of Resurrection as evildoers(1), except those who are mindful of God, righteous and honest." Footnotes: (1) This is because of the propensity of merchants to exaggerate the value of their merchandise and to swear by God to validate their deception. ”
